Description: Whole caserecce made with Sicilian “Russello” durum wheat are packaged into bags that are 100% biodegradable and compostable. Headsters are made of ecologic paper, which is produced with food waste from almonds and reducing the carbon footprint of 20%. “Russello” is an ancient Sicilian durum wheat, it is completely traceable, with a guaranteed origin. Semolina is stone ground and final product is highly digestible, and with a high content in fiber and protein.

Allemandi is a producer of organic dry pasta, based at the door of the Langhe hills. We started with egg pasta and durum wheat semolina pasta and then, we committed in the research of flours and semolinas with a granted regional origin, which is now the core business. Bronze die, artisanal production, low temperature drying and the continuous research of packaging with a low footprint on the environment, are the main features of our company.
