Founded in 1970 in Giarratana, a small village in the province of Ragusa, Molino Latina produces a wide variety of flours using both the modern cylinder milling method and the more traditional stone milling method. We select and transform only the best durum wheat, ancient Sicilian grains and other minor cereals, in order to obtain only high-quality flours in different types of weight, both for professionals and for those who delight and mix flour in the kitchen.
