My name is Daniela, I started Timo e lenticchie blog two years ago in order to share my passion for a healthy way of cooking that gives me health and positive energy every day.

My ultimate goal is to to cook natural and whole food, simple and organic meals, going back to the way that our grandparents used to eat.
I like to call my way of cooking 'glocal' that means I mix local ingredients together with new global tastes.

I cook meals that are full of colours, joy and gratitude, basically made of vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, sprouts and oily seeds. 
Thanks to my fans and all the support I received during this adventure, I won many contests like Soave Versus 2016, Malvarosa Adward 2016, Dieta Mediterranea Policlinico Federico II 2017.

Eating in a sustainable way, does not mean loosing any pleasure. It just fills our lives with energy and health.
