Bertini Iacopo
Biologist, nutritionist, herbalist and researcher, Iacopo Bertini is a promoter and member of the SINU Study Group on vegetarian diets that aims to provide specific nutritional indications for vegetarians in Italy in keeping with the various phases of life. Currently Vice-President of the Italian Association of Nutritionists (www.ainut.it), Bertini has been involved for about twenty-five years in the study of food supplements and the natural and plant substances employed to enhance physical activity, health and wellbeing. He has authored books and chapters in specialist books on vegetarian diets and health products.
