Mencherini Teresa

Dr. Teresa Mencherini is PhD in Pharmaceutical Biology at the Department of Pharmacy of the University of Salerno, where she is presently active both in education and research projects.

Her expertise is in analytical, biological and technological studies of medicinal plants and food industry by-products, and the R&D of new cosmetic and nutraceutical ingredients and products. She is the co-author of 1 patent on plant products and has published several original research papers. She has participated in national and international meetings, presenting scientific results via posters and invited oral communications.
