Description: A unique taste, new, fresh, sweetly citrusy. The first chocolate produced with certified "Siracusa Lemon PGI" zests, processed by manually separating the skin of the lemons which is dried for 36-40 hours at about 30°C. These are perceived in a continuous alternation with the fruity and strong aromatic notes of our chocolate. The result is a very joyful, delicate and soft citrus taste that gradually evolves on the palate and then leaves a consistent aftertaste.

Cacao Crudo was the first raw chocolate company in Italy. We use high-quality single-origin criollo cocoa, non-roasted, from our supply chain that originates from the Peruvian Amazon. We produce chocolate bars, pralines, spreadable creams always prepared with whole and non-toasted nuts, single portions of filled dried fruit covered with chocolate, fruit bars, PanCrudo cake, fantastic nougats and Easter eggs.
