Description: These new additions to our miso range are produced by our unpasteurized miso specialist using carefully selected organic chickpeas or lentils. These unique new products have an intriguing, mellow flavor and are allergen-free, GMO-free, additive-free, and vegan. In addition, because this miso is unpasteurized it also contains beneficial enzymes and probiotics in addition to the healthy minerals and vitamins contained in standard miso.
