For its 35th edition, SANA focuses on healthy food and, in collaboration with V-LABEL Italia, gives space to everything that is veg.

Consumers are increasingly focused on sustainability on the one hand and healthy eating on the other. This means that there tends to be an increasing demand for plant-based products, which are essential for vegans, vegetarians and flexitarians, but of great interest also for those who want to orient their consumption toward foods made with healthy ingredients and the proper environmental attention.

In a context characterized by a growing "veg" offer - as much in the large-scale retail trade as in the proximity store, as much in starred restaurants as in bars and clubs with higher attendance - SANA, the International Exhibition of Organic and Natural Food presents a new exhibition space entirely dedicated to the plant-based world as a focus-novelty of the ORGANIC & NATURAL FOOD sector.

The Veg Area will give visibility to vegan, vegetarian, raw vegan and plant-based products, with the aim of focusing on trends, perspectives and novelties for this specific segment.

Strategic in this sense is the collaboration with V-Label Italia. Institutional symbol of AVI - Italian Vegetarian Association since 1976, the V-Label brand can count on a network of vegetarian and vegan associations active in Europe and worldwide. V-Label Italia, a market leader in the vegetarian, vegan and raw vegan categories, certifies processed food products, raw materials and preparations for industrial use, and any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage.

V-Label manages the certification processes in the food segment. It also offers solutions for cosmetics, personal and home care, textiles and fashion accessories, operating with good overlap on the main exhibition areas of SANA, which flanks the ORGANIC & NATURAL FOOD area with pavilions dedicated to GREEN LIFESTYLE (sustainable products for an eco-friendly lifestyle) and CARE & BEAUTY (natural, organic and sustainable cosmetics, supplements).
