On Saturday 12 September at 10.15 am the Deputy Minister responsible for Organics – Andrea Olivero – will cut the ribbon to open the "super" edition of SANA, accompanied by BolognaFiere President Duccio Campagnoli and the organics associations behind the International Organics Forum "Organics can feed the Planet".

On the day of SANA’s inauguration, the Deputy Minister will present the government’s new Strategic Plan for the development of organic farming in Italy.

To visit SANA you can use the west entrance, Costituzione, or the south gate, Aldo Moro. Ticket offices at both entrances. The tradeshow is open on Saturday 12, Sunday 13 and Monday 14: 9.30 to 18.30; Tuesday 15 from 9.30 to 17.00.
