News from the Biodiversity Park: “Organic Farming: Nutrition and Health”

Wednesday, 29th July at 10:30 a.m. at the Biodiversity Park’s Theatre of the Earth is the venue for the conference entitled “Organic Farming: Nutrition and Health”. Curated by the International Organic Forum, the meeting will take an in-depth look into recent studies by Italian and foreign researchers into organic farming and a healthy diet.

Researchers from Italy and elsewhere will present and compare recent scientific studies on the question of food safety and organic farming that does not contaminate or leave harmful residues.

The meeting will also look at the question of how to sustainably feed the planet, as well as what constitutes a healthy, well-balanced diet.
