Brownie alle visciole
The Gintilla Vegan Food sour cherry brownie is a delicious twist on the classic brownie, enriched with the addition of sour cherries. This brownie features a crispy top crust, often slightly cracked or creased. Its surface can be dusted with powdered sugar for a decorative touch and an extra hint of sweetness. Inside, the sour cherry brownie is soft and moist, with the dense, buttery texture typical of brownies. The sour cherries, often halved and evenly distributed in the batter, add a juicy sweetness and a pleasant contrast to the richness of the chocolate. This brownie gives off an irresistible aroma of freshly baked chocolate, complemented by the fruity and slightly tangy scent of sour cherries. The flavor is a delightful combination of dark chocolate and fresh fruit, with a balanced sweetness and a slight tartness that makes it a satisfying and indulgent dessert. The sour cherry brownie is delicious on its own or paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. It's perfect as a dessert after a meal or as a decadent treat for a special snack. Ingredients: Boiled potatoes, cane sugar, type 0 flour, sunflower seed oil, agave syrup, cocoa powder, chopped chocolate, dried sour cherries, baking powder, and salt

Ciambellone
Ciambellone is a traditional Italian cake, loved for its simplicity and versatility. Our vegan version is made with Manitoba flour, orange juice, carrot juice, and cane sugar with lemon zest. Its texture is similar to sponge cake but slightly more moist and buttery. This cake is very versatile and can be enjoyed on various occasions, from breakfast to snacks and even as a dessert after meals. It is often served with a cup of coffee or tea, but its rich flavor makes it delicious on its own. Ciambellone is appreciated for its ability to stay fresh for several days if stored properly in an airtight container at room temperature. Its easy preparation and delightful taste make it a popular choice in many Italian households and beyond. Ingredients: Manitoba flour, orange juice, sugar, sunflower seed oil, carrot juice, cocoa, and baking powder

Culurgiones
Culurgiones are a traditional dish from Sardinian cuisine, particularly popular in the Ogliastra region. They are a type of stuffed pasta, shaped like a half-moon and sealed with a distinctive decorative pleat along the edges, achieved by folding and intertwining the dough. This intricate design makes them easily recognizable. In our vegan version, the filling consists of potatoes, our house-made cheese crafted from a unique recipe, and fresh mint. This filling is wrapped in homemade pasta, creating a delightful contrast of textures and flavors. Culurgiones release a delicious aroma of aromatic herbs and cheese. Their flavor is rich and satisfying, with the natural sweetness of potatoes blending harmoniously with the savory cheese and the refreshing touch of herbs. Culurgiones are often served as a main course, paired with a light sauce or simply dressed with melted butter and grated cheese. They can also be part of a larger meal, accompanied by other traditional Sardinian dishes. In summary, culurgiones are an iconic dish of Sardinian culinary tradition, cherished for their unique taste, aesthetics, and heritage. Their handcrafted preparation requires time and skill, but the final result is a dish truly worth savoring and appreciating. Ingredients: Potatoes, chickpea-based cheese, truffle, extra virgin olive oil, and semolina

Seada
Seada is a traditional Sardinian dessert, typically made with melted pecorino cheese and honey, enclosed in a thin pastry crust, fried, and dusted with powdered sugar. The vegan version of this dessert requires creative substitutions to replicate the signature flavors and textures of the traditional seada without using animal products. Our vegan seada closely resembles the classic version, featuring a golden, crispy outer crust. The filling is made with our house-crafted vegan cheese, created using an exclusive recipe. The vegan seada releases an inviting aroma of cinnamon and citrus, offering a sweet and aromatic flavor. It is best enjoyed warm, dusted with powdered sugar or drizzled with agave or maple syrup. Torta di mele
Apple pie is a classic and beloved dessert in many cuisines around the world. Our apple pie features a golden, crispy crust that may be smooth or naturally develop cracks and fissures during baking. Inside, the apple pie is soft and moist, thanks to the apples releasing their juices while baking. The apples are usually sliced thinly or cut into small cubes and are evenly distributed throughout the batter. Apple pie has a delightful aroma, thanks to the combination of sweet apples, vanilla, and sugar. Our vegan version is made with seasonal apples, orange juice, and aquafaba—the whipped chickpea water that adds a good amount of protein. Apple pie is delicious on its own or served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. It is often enjoyed as a dessert after a meal or as a snack accompanied by a cup of tea or coffee. Ingredients: Chickpea cooking water, Manitoba flour, cane sugar, apples, deodorized sunflower oil, deodorized coconut oil, baking powder, and powdered vanilla
