Description
La Pruina is a family-run company. Its story began in the 1980s with the founder, Pietro D’Apolito, focusing on the production of wine grapes. Starting in 2012, with the second generation, the era of winemaking and bottling began. The company primarily cultivates Primitivo, Negroamaro, and Fiano grapes on red soil rich in iron oxide. Combined with the intense summer heat, this environment yields grapes of unparalleled concentration, rich in sugar and color, destined for opulent wines.
