Description
In our organic farm in Tuscany we make pasta, stone-ground flours, cereals, pulses, wine… and everything is organic! We have decided to invest in the reorganization of the supply chain to ensure the sustainability of native crops. The cereals are stone milled inside the farm, producing flours and brans used for bronze-cut pasta production.
