The MIntel report states clearly: between 2011 and 2015, pasta sales fell by 2%. However, organic pasta consumers are growing: the percentage of those who say they have eaten organic pasta rises from 13% in 2015 to 63% in 2016. Even wholewheat-pasta consumers are on the rise from 36% to 75%.
